Counterfeit products and unreliable sellers are a common problem in the world of sneakers, which is why we want to offer you a safe and worry-free shopping experience.

Sizes available for pre-order are shown on the product page. When you select the size you want, you will see a button below the size that says "Pre-order".

The average delivery time for pre-orders is 5-15 business days.

In order for a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

1. The product must be unused.

2. The product must be returned in its original shoe box with all accessories and the Sneak 'Verification' tag still attached to the shoe.

NOTE: If your order is a pre-order, we will charge a 10% restocking fee. However, you can choose to receive the return amount as a gift card to be used in our online shop. In this case, the 10% return fee will not be charged.
