How to return your order
In order for a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
1. The product must be unused.
2. The product must be returned in its original shoe box with all accessories and the Sneak 'Verification' tag still attached to the shoe.
Our customer service will get back to you within one working day with the details of the return process. If your order includes free delivery, the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund.
Return of pre-orders
Please note that we charge a 10% restocking fee for returns of pre-orders.
However, you can choose to receive the return amount as a gift card to be used in our online shop. In this case, the 10% return fee will not be charged.
