Pre-orders

All products that are not available directly from our warehouse can be pre-ordered.

The average delivery time for pre-orders is 5-15 working days.

If the shoes you want are not available in our store, you can contact us via chat, email or Instagram and we will help you find the shoes you are looking for!

Your pre-order can not be cancelled once we have found the shoes you ordered.

We charge a 10% restocking fee for returns of pre-orders.

However, you can choose to receive the return amount as a gift card to be used in our online shop. In this case, the 10% return fee will not be charged.
