Are the products you sell authentic / unused?

All the products we sell are 100% authentic and unused. Before delivering an order to the customer, we carefully check the authenticity of each shoe.

All the products we send are equipped with a Sneak 'Verification' tag, which is confirmation that our experts have checked the shoes for authenticity and unused condition.

Counterfeit products and unreliable sellers are a common problem in the market, which is why we want to offer you a safe and carefree shopping experience when purchasing shoes.

Are the products for both men and women?

All our products are unisex. We have a size chart for all our products, so you can avoid any confusion and find the product that suits you best!

What are the payment options?

We offer several payment options, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Klarna, Bank Transfer, Trustly, MobilePay and BitPay.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Our customers have the option to return their order within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that if your order is a pre-order, we will charge a 10% restocking fee. However, you can choose to receive the refund amount as a gift card to be used in our store. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded on the return and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

How do I return my order?

In order for a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

1. The product must be unused.

2. The product must be returned in its original shoe box with all accessories and the Sneak 'Verification' tag still attached to the shoe.

You can submit a return request via your customer account or by using the 'Return' page.

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped.

Contact us via chat, email or Instagram with your order number. You can access the live chat by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the website.

A cancellation fee of €5 will be charged.

Ordering

What does 48H / In stock mean?

We offer instant delivery on all in-stock products. Products that are in stock are easily identifiable by a blue dot on the size selector. Please note that during busy periods it may take 1-2 working days to prepare your order.

What is pre-ordering and how does it work?

All products that are not available directly from our warehouse can be pre-ordered.

The average delivery time for pre-orders is 5-15 working days.

We charge a 10% restocking fee for returns of pre-orders.

However, you can choose to receive the return amount as a gift card to be used in our online shop. In this case, the 10% return fee will not be charged.

Your pre-order can not be cancelled once we have found the shoes you ordered.

How does the delivery work?

We currently only deliver orders to the European Union.

We offer instant delivery on all in-stock products, as we understand the excitement of waiting for new shoes to arrive.

Delivery to the rest of Europe usually takes around 5 working days. All shipments include a tracking number.

Every order is carefully packed to ensure the most satisfying customer experience possible.
