How are points calculated?

€1 = 1 point
On what you pay for products after discounts. Shipping and gift cards don't earn points.
Confirmed after delivery
Points show up straight away as pending and are confirmed once your order has been delivered and the 14-day return period has ended.
Returns and cancellations
If you return a product, its points are removed. A cancelled order doesn't earn points.

Member	1×	Everyone
Silver	1,25×	500+ points / 12 mo
Gold	1,5×	1 500+ points / 12 mo
VIP	-10 %	2 000+ points from purchases / 12 mo

Example: €189 sneakers → 189 points (Member), 236 (Silver), 283 (Gold). Points are rounded down, and your tier is based on the last 12 months of points.
