Rare, older and high-demand products sometimes take longer. If nothing has turned up after about two weeks, we email you and you choose how to proceed.

Cancellation and returns

A pre-order is sourced just for you, which is why cancelling it works a little differently.

Cancelling or returning a pre-order carries a 10% service fee. It covers the sourcing, shipping and handling already done.
No fee if the product hasn't been found or ordered from a supplier yet.
No fee if you take the refund as a gift card.

Are pre-ordered products authentic?

Yes. Every product is inspected by us before it is cleared for shipping, and it ships with the Sneak Verified tag.

Why can delivery take longer than 15 days?

Rare, older and high-demand products can take longer to source. The estimate is an average, and we keep you updated along the way.

Does a pre-order cost more?

No. There are no hidden costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout like on any order.

How do I know what's happening with my order?
